Ancient Island Treasures is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Lost Archipelago Entertainment Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our social casino.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with Ancient Island Treasures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
